Punter Ledger privacy notice
Short version: no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no tracking. The only personal data we ever hold is an email you choose to send us.
Who is responsible

What we collect
Reading the site: nothing is collected by us. The pages carry no analytics, advertising tags, social buttons, fonts or scripts from other companies. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) for security, for no longer than 30 days.
Emailing us: we keep your message and address to answer you, under our legitimate interest in replying, and delete them within 12 months unless the matter is still open.
Links to other sites
A link to a casino or a help service takes you to a site with its own privacy notice. Nothing about you is passed to them by us.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold, or object to its use. Email us and we will answer within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Because the publisher lives in Norway, the GDPR as it applies in the European Economic Area also covers this site, and you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.no.
